Do I need to install anything?

What if my appliance isn't in the catalog?

You can add any appliance manually — we'll still build a maintenance plan based on category and age. Then our team works to add your model to the catalog within a few days.

Are the service pros really vetted?

Every pro in the MAi HomeBase marketplace is license-verified, background-checked, and insurance-confirmed. We also track every job's outcome — so unreliable pros lose their spot.

Who owns my data?

You do, full stop. We never sell personal data. Your appliance and service history is yours — export it anytime, delete it anytime.

Do I get notified before things break?
